Rafael E. Piñero, M.D.

Board Certified Family Medicine

Dr. Rafael Piñero attended the Universidad Central del Caribe in Bayamon, Puerto Rico, where he graduated Magna cum Laude with his medical degree. In July of 1994, he relocated to Florida to complete his residency, specializing in family medicine, at the University of Florida’s Shands Hospital in Jacksonville. Dr. Piñero is board certified and has been in private practice since 1997. Dedicated to staying on the cutting-edge of the latest advancements in the medical field, he maintains memberships with the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Florida Medical Association.




Dennis C. Blanchette, D.O. 

Board Certified Family Medicine

Dr. Dennis Blanchette attended the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine at the New York Institute of Technology.  Dr Blanchette completed his Family Medicine residency at Jamaica Hosptal Medical Center, an academic affiliate of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in Jamaica, New York.  Dr Blanchette was Chief Resident and he was selected Resident of the Year.  In July of 2015 Dr Blanchette relocated from New York to Central Florida to join Pinero Preventive Medical Care.



 Jose G Polo, M.D.

Dr. Jose Polo graduated from the University of the North in Barranquilla, Colombia in 2002.   Dr Polo relocated to the United States in 2003.  Prior to joining Pinero Preventive Medical Care in 2013, Dr Polo has worked at The University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, Houston, Texas, Methodist Hospital and Grace Medical Practice in Brooklyn, New York, Manati Medical Center in Manati, Puerto Rico,  Dr Polo relocated to the Orlando area in July of 2013.  Dr Polo is an active member of The American Medical Association.
